Ninja Disconnects Every 30 Seconds!

Ninja Support,

Ninja absolutely will not stay connected to Rithmic. It disconnects and reconnects every few seconds. I've uninstalled and tried multiple versions but the problem remains.

I have NO other connectivity issues when this happens. I can start a ping for example and not drop a packet while ninja repeatedly disconnects and reconnects. This started a few days ago and I can't solve it. Please help.

Thank you for the response. I sent an email to support right after I posted here. Sorry I didn't know the functionality to attach logs etc was in NT until I saw it in another thread. My issue is Case #04218524
