Phantom order, cannot cancel

    Phantom order, cannot cancel

    I'm trading on an Apex connection and have this phantom order sitting on my Sim101 account that I cannot cancel. NQ is the instrument. Closing the software warns me that I have one active order, and even after closing a reloading the software, the order persists. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

    Thank you very much for your post.

    An order stuck on the Sim101 account can be removed by resetting this account.

    To manage, edit, or reset your Sim101 account, do the following:
    • Go to the Control Center > Accounts window
    • Right-click on the Sim101 account > select 'Edit Account'
    • In this window, you may change the Initial Cash Size for your Sim101 account, as well as add other features such as Commissions and Risk Templates
    • To apply the changes, click on the 'reset' button at the bottom of the window. You may need to restart the platform for these changes to take full effect.
