All of my Charts have gone crazy today showing false information

All of my Charts have gone crazy today showing false information

I have deleted folders DB - Cache, Day, Messages, Minute, Snapshot and Tick. Same issue persists.

I have access to 3 data feeds. CQG, Rithmic, and Apex. Have tried all feeds seperately, deleting cache each time, resetting NT8, resetting laptop, minute charts, no indicators, fresh workspace.
    None of above works.

All my charts gone absolutely mental.

I have a number of indicators that use past price, and the issue is also effecting those indicators also. The indicator is really reading this incorrect data and using it for the plots.

    Hello gaz001,

    Thank you for the message.

When was the last time you removed all of the historical data? We were made aware of some odd bars on the historical data servers which we have backfilled.

If you haven't done so today, please use the following steps to remove all of the old Historical Data from the platform and re-download the data new:
    • Close NinjaTrader
    • Go to the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 8 > db, this folder holds all of the historical data
      • Delete the following folders:
        • Tick
        • Minute
        • Day
        • Cache
          • Do NOT delete any other files or folders
      • After Deleting these folders, reopen NinjaTrader and it will make New ones automatically.
Reopen NinjaTrader and connect to data and wait for the charts to load in.

If the charts are still showing the odd bars, please use the following steps to send your log and trace files to the support team directly from your NinjaTrader Platform so we may investigate this behavior further:
    • Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
    • To: Set this to "Platform Technical Support"
    • Subject: Copy and paste the Forum URL
    • Attach: Attach a file, picture, or compressed file to share multiple files/pictures
    • Body: Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
    • Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
      • Send the email
Please let us know if we may provide any further assistance.

        Hello gaz0001,

        Thank you for the update.

After further investigation, we have found that there are still a few bad data points within the Historical Data Servers and our Development team is working on backfilling that data.

Throughout the day today, you are welcome to restart NinjaTrader and sign back in and right-click on the charts and select "Reload all historical data" until the data loads in as expected.

Thank you for reporting this so we may get it addressed and resolved.

          "Apex" who?..

          Apex Fintech Solutions?
          Apex Trader Funding?
          Apex Investing Institute?

As far as I know, none of them provide market data.

I have 3 accounts setup for my Ninja.

            1. NT Broker with CQG Data
            2. Apex Funded Prop (Tradovate)
            3.Topstep Prop (Rithmic)

Each of the connections has a data feed with it.
L2 for CQG and L1 for the Apex and Topstep.

NT uses the feed which it connects to first.

So I always use the CQG feed with the NT Brokerage.

However, if I connect to Apex account first, then it uses that data feed.

However, I believe it does still use NT data for the historical fills judging by what the NT Support team have said, regardless of which feed it connects to for real time data.
