Default 24x5 works too. The misprint is recorded on saturday 20th around 3:00PM, and this is impossible since market is closed.

Hello Ninja team! Please help me.

Let’s say I excluded some minutes or ticks in the “historical data” section. But this did not affect the price chart. On it I still see these unwanted bars.

What should I do to remove these excluded bars from the chart?

        Hello,

This particular issue is isolated to the 'default 24x7' trading hours template. For the time being we recommend using an alternate template to resolve this issue.

            Hello,

Our product team has let me know this is unresolvable on our servers. If a 24x7 template must be used, you would need to exclude the bad data in the historical data window. To do so, go to Tools>Historical Data and find the contract who's data who wish to edit, click through the folders till you get to the data type and select and right click the bad data to select 'exclude'.

              Thats unbeleivable.

I have many workspaces open, multiple symbols, many strategies and indicators. I mostly had 24x7 selected for everything.

NT's inability to fix bugs is passed off to the end customer once again. We are left to find work arounds for the technical impotence of the NT team.
