    Bad Data

I have for both FDAX and NQ, a data issue where by on the 20 Jan they both report the price to be zero. I have closed NT8, cleared the DB>minute/day/tick/replay/cache folders and restarted but the problem stays. I went to Historical Data, and deleted all data for MNQ/NQ + FDXM/FDAX and the problem stays.

        Hello,

There was an issue over the weekend regarding the recorded close prices of data on several instruments.

You may clear your downloaded historical data using the steps below:
        • Shut down NinjaTrader
        • Go to the 'Documents/NinjaTrader 8/db' folder on your computer
        • Remove the 'cache', 'day', 'minute', and 'tick' folders
        • Important: Do not remove any other files within the NinjaTrader Documents folder
When you restart your platform, all the data on your charts will be automatically downloaded after reconnecting to your account.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

              Hello,

Does this persist across all instruments or select instruments?

Can you try deleting historical data for affected instruments within the platform with the steps mentioned in the link below?

It happens to every instrument. As pointed out by another member, there are misprints inside the historical data. Deleting those manually solves the issue, but if you erase the folders it will come back, and it will show different misprints. It is a server side issue, it can only be 100% solved if someone delete these misprints from the server database.

Correct. Deleting the folders did not help, I was only able to fix by going to historical data and selecting “exclude” on the impacted line.

It is unacceptable for Ninjatrader to advise us on how can we fix their DATABASE. Gentleman this is your JOB and not ours. Meanwhile, the problem STILL exists having as a result not to be able to change any time frame before Saturday 20th of Jan. There are no words to subscribe this situation. I can't waste any more time with your advice. Despite my big investment in your platform, I am thinking seriously about finding an alternative.

Having the same issue with ES and MES. Please fix ASAP. Data server connected to is is-us-nt-005.ninjatrader.com/31658 if that helps.

I fear this this #AnotherNT8Bug that might be around for months or more.

Enough with the silent back office over at NinjaTrader. Find some programmers that can put a date on the fix instead of trashing your customers.

                              Hello,

It seems the issue is now isolated to charts using the 'default 24x7' trading hour template. Development is currently looking into resolving, however in the meantime we'd advise using the 'use instrument settings' trading hours to correct this in the meantime.
