    Messed up data on Friday's last candle? Anyone else seeing it?

    This is desktop version NT. I just logged in and the whole chart looks weird. Upon further inspection, Ninjatrader has the last closing candle of Friday's low goes all the way down to about 100. This really mess up the chart since it's showing from current price from 4874 to 100. This is MES 03-24. Anyone else having the same issue? Take a look at the screenshot

    That happened to me too. Right click and choose "reload historical data." That fixed it for me.

      I think I'll be swapping to Tradingview or something, this is getting ridiculous.

        Hello flybuzz,

        There is an issue with some of the historical data servers - they have incorrect data. Our server team is working on fixing the historical data. Some historical data servers have been fixed.

        If you now restart NinjaTrader Desktop, do you load correct historical data? If not initially, please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

          Data is still messed. I managed to solved it by changing the Trading Hours inside Data Series, from Default 24x7 to <use instrument settings>, and leave "Break at EOD" unmarked.

            Still not working. Restarted, reload all historical, no difference.

              Hello flybuzz

              Can you please proceed as follows.
              • Shut down NinjaTrader Desktop and navigate to the following folder
              • Documents-->NinjaTrader 8-->db folder
              • Delete the "cache" folder that is within the "db" folder
              The db-->cache folder is used to quickly load data, so the first time you load historical data after deleting the db-->cache folder, it will take longer to load than usual.

              Start NinjaTrader and check if the incorrect data persists. If so, please right click in the chart again and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.
