    Arg! NT unexpectedly resets my workspace yet again


    NT Folks, I'm a little hacked that another function yet again has a hidden side effect of resetting a workspace.

    When I go into Account -> Edit Account -> Reset (to reset the account back to a positive number), not only is the amount reset, but this function removes every strategy using this account from the workspace. Furthermore, not only is every strategy using this account removed from the current workspace, but so to from every backup workspace copy as well.

    Reading the text of the message, "Resetting this account cannot be undone. Are you sure you want to continue?" does not clearly communicate that not only the account will be reset, but every single strategy referencing this account will be permanently removed, in the current workspace profile and every backup as well. That's a pretty significant function, which is poorly communicated by this scant message. Yet again, an NT function has a not-so-clear side effect of ruining my entire workspace (and all backups), which takes hours to set up.

    A rock-solid message communicating the full consequences of this function would be greatly appreciated. Please log as an enhancement request.

    An alternative (and more desirable) approach would be to allow the "reset" of anything to affect the Sim account itself but not affect the account's use in strategies. It could, of course, be just another option to allow no side-effects or remove from strategies too ... but the amount in the account (which is supported to be changeable by the trader), should not affect how it is used in strategies, other than what any strategy does in response to an account's actual amount. So it seems incredibly silly to completely eliminate all references to the account in strategies for this case.
