I have automated trading for a long time and dont recollect seeing this issue before
1. The strategy issues a price change to existing order
2. I see change pending event and no more updates after that.
On FXCM i did not see the change come in. So i manually cancelled from broker end and stopped the strategy.

1. How do you montitor the order update and alert if order update did not happen on reasonable time?
