Real-time market data required to trade this contract

Hi,
I am new in Ninjatrader, already created a live account, want to create a demo account in order to get familiar with the platform, but when I try to add a demo account, I get this message:
`Real-time market data required to trade this contract. Please update your market data subscription and place a new trade.`

I found other discussions on the forum, but the link to the help is broken 404.

Hello,
Thank you for your post.

The exchanges themselves charge for access to their data so there are no free unlimited live data options.

If you have a live account with NinjaTrader Brokerage, you can enable Market data on your account and use it to trade Sim/Demo account as well.

In order to subscribe to real-time Market data, you would need to login to the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard and then follow steps described here.

If you have further questions, please email us form the NinjaTrader platform (Help-> Email Support), so we can receive your log and trace files as well to investigate further.
