Trying to trade options through Ninjatrader Continuum

Whenever I connect to Continuum, I cannot see the options chain at all, it is just greyed out with no numbers. I have read that you should enable web api to get this data but when I enable that I get met with this error.

Thank you for the question.

NinjaTrader Brokerage doesn't currently support Options so it wouldn't be expected for a NinjaTrader Brokerage account to place orders on Options at this time.

If you are using a different broker that happens to use the "NinjaTrader Continuum" or "Continuum"(Legacy License key holders only, purchased before 2014) then this would mean you need to reach out to them and get them to enable Web API for your account connection.

• Then once your Broker/Provider has enabled that on your account, try enabling that box again and connecting and then the Options data should be flowing if you also paid for that through your Broker/Provider

Otherwise, you would need to get an account with one of the Brokers or Providers who support Options Instruments and then set up a connection to that account:
