Hello, please help. I am unable to run real time futures data in NT8. When I log in under my NT8 account it only shows me dates ending on Friday at 11pm

Can you please tell me what instrument + expiry month you have selected in the chart.

Do you have today's date selected for the 'End date' setting in the Data Series menu of the chart?


There is a known issue with FX futures. If you have a FX futures selected (6A 03-24, 6E 03-24, etc), please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. Set 'Trading hours' to 'CME US Index Futures ETH' and click OK. I assume you now receive realtime data.

FX futures use the 'CME FX Futures ETH' trading hours template by default. This trading hours template has Martin Luther King, Jr Day incorrectly defined as a full holiday. This causes the issue. We have contacted our server team regarding the incorrect trading hours template.

I have a problem with 6E, 6A, and 6J. I found "trading hours" only in the top menu under "tools." I made changes according to your instructions, but the chart still shows the last data from Friday at 23:00.

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series' menu. Set the 'Trading hours' setting within the Data Series menu to 'CME US Index Futures ETH' and click OK.


You could also modify the "CME FX Futures ETH" trading hours template as follows.

• Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Trading Hours
• Select the "CME FX Futures ETH" trading hours template on the left
• Scroll downwards in the Holiday box on the right
• Double click the 2024 Martin Luther King, Jr Day row
• Set 'Type' to Early Close
• Set 'End time' to 4:00 PM
• Click OK-->OK
