Just now, I logged into Ninja and it is showing a balance of $9,300 instead of $14,000. So, how did this $4,700 disappeared from Friday closing to now?
Either Ninja’s real time accounting and balances are extremely faulty or I am being scammed. Which one is the case? In either case, this is extremely unacceptable.
If I knew this is going to happen, I would have taken a screenshot of my account balance shown on Ninja platform on Friday but It is hard to show proof now.
I am wondering if other users experienced this kind of unreliable account balance issue where your account balance suddenly goes down significantly? Please share your experience on this aspect. This is not the first time I faced this with Ninja. On Interactive Brokers, I never had this issue. The account balances shown in real time are always accurate. What you see is what you get there but here with Ninja that is not the case. I am questioning my decision to deposit funds with Ninja as a broker now.
