playback error message in log

    playback error message in log

    Hello,

    after loading historical data for YM (ES, NQ) for yesterday Jan 12th and running playback data connection there appears an error message in log tab I uploaded in the screenshot. I have no idea what this means.

    Hello tonynt,

    Can you please send me an email from within NinjaTrader Desktop as per the instructions below so I can investigate the issue.
    • Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
    • Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
    • Enter "Att Jason, 04204761" in the "Subject" field
    • Under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry', please enter some text.
    • Make sure 'Log and trace files' is enabled
    • Click 'Other files' and enable 'Database file'
    • Click Send
