What options does NinjaTrader offers to trade spot crypto? I am specifically interested in spot (CoinBase, Binance and etc) and not CME futures.

I've moved this post to the Platform Technical Support as this inquiry is not related to developing NinjaScript Strategies in C#.

Unfortunately, NinjaTrader does not support crypto currency trading at this time, but it can be charted.
There are crypto based Future instruments you might be interested in such as BTC 03-24 (cme bitcoin futures).

Unfortunately, there is not a connection adapter for Binance.

You can however, connect using the Coinbase connection type.

Coinbase is only data. Is there any officially supported way to trade Spot Crypto via Ninja. I am not interested in CME crypto futures, those are available of course.

The NinjaTrader platform is not able to trade to Coinbase, and is only able to connect for data.
