Name = "External" in Executions tab

what does it mean when the Executions list has Name = "External"?

could it be either

1) the broker terminated the position

2) or a second login to the same account (rithmic) on another computer to the same account terminated the position?

I think it is the first (APEX funded) and not the second because my code does not terminate a position unless it reaches internal triggers..which is not the case here....but ??

this is happening in the same second as the order is filled... ??

Ok, I think I found the problem......on the second login machine I had a test AddOn that should not have been enabled. Probably this was the problem. Will repost if not.

Just to answer the question in general, orders marked as External could be any of those things that you mentioned. We usually see it when the broker/account provider is managing a position, but you would also see it appear with any orders that were placed outside of that particular instance of the platform. If the add-on that you had enabled was not the source of the orders that you are referring to, I'd suggest reaching out to the account provider and they should be able to let you know the source of the orders.
