    sim101 - -negative the entire accouint at end of day?

    hi - put $2500 test amount in SIM101 this morning, now its negative almost $500 at EOD - what is causing this?

    Hello Irukandji,

    The screenshot shows a Realized PnL of -$2965.28. I suggest to create a trade report in the Trade Performance for the Sim101 account to review your trades. Click the filter icon (right next to the Display field) and only enable the Sim101 account. Set the start and end dates to yesterday and click Generate. Set the Display field to Trades.

      i can look over the charts and see nothimg could cause this - at end of day new york all the JPY charts disappeared, then came back a bit later., it was then this error occurred. i was using 1000 units to sim trade with, with P+L of like 50 cents. no move could cause the account to go negative $3000.

        Can you please send me an email from within NinjaTrader Desktop as per the instructions below so I can investigate the issue.
        • Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
        • Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
        • Enter "Att Jason, 04201419" in the "Subject" field
        • Under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry', please enter some text.
        • Click 'Other files' and enable 'Database file'
        • Click Send
