cannot load old contracts

i am getting attached error when trying to load NQH3 contract, thanks for any help

Thank you for your post.

You will need to use the numbered format such as 'NQ 03-23' (without quotations). The space is also necessary between the instrument and contract month.

when i enter NQ 03-23 it automatically changes it to NQH3 and displays same error

thanks, that does load the old contracts. I am no having another issue with play back freezing, see attached image

Does this still occur after renaming the 'UI' file located in your NinjaTrader Documents folder to 'UI.Old'? Please restart NinjaTrader after renaming this file.

yes, i have replay data downloaded from 10-11-2023 to 1-10-2024, the date range in data series is set to 10-1-2023 - 1-10-2024, i have contract set to NQ 12-23, it initally loads up everything and when i hit play it greys out

If you have Market Replay Downloaded you will need to select the 'Market Replay' option in the Playback Controller window as from your screenshot it appears you have 'Historical' selected.

Does the same occur when selecting 'Market Replay'?
