data box floating on top - why?

hi why is the data box floating on top of my other applications? I don't want this - also, why after 15 years, do we still have all the elements that make up the platform as separate windows that have to be manually arranged individually? i said it sucked 15 years ago, and it still sucks today! make damn layouts!!

Thank you for reaching out.

If the Data Box is appearing on top of your other windows, it most likely has the "Always On Top " option checked.

Please Right Click the Data Box and uncheck the "Always on top" settings.

Then when you click on any other window, the Data Box should no longer take foreground priority.
