MCL chart not working. Getting weird message.

Hello. when I try to open my CL chart, it works fine and I can trade it. However, when I try to open a MCL chart... this happens. can someone please help me troubleshoot.

Hello terribletrader,

Can you please tell me what setting is selected for 'Trading hours' in the Data Series menu of the chart.

If set to <Use instrument settings>, please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instruments. Double click the MCL futures and tell me what trading hours template you have selected.

If you test creating a brand new chart with the "Nymex Metals - Energy ETH" trading hours template, does the issue persist? If so, please send me an email from within NinjaTrader Desktop as per the instructions below so I can investigate the issue.

• Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
• Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
• Enter "Att Jason, 04200156" in the "Subject" field
• Under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry' please include at what day/time the issue occurred last, what instrument you traded and at what price you got into the position.
• Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
• Click Send
