no new candles are created

Hey, I have an issue I have already seen on the forum, but in my case it's a little different. My Account is only a couple of days old, and I am not even verified yet. I still downloaded the desktop version to get familiar with the program. On any chart I open I see the data until right now, but no new candles are created, the price moves up and down but no new ones are created.I already tried things like updating my pc clock and setting the trading hours of the chart to "Default 24x7". What is weird, i did see some refreshing candles yesterday for a short time, but only for a couple of minutes. I don't get how I can already have such issues, although I didn't really do anything yet because I am new. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your post.

Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com
  • Please include 'ATTN Spencer' in the Subject line and a link to this forum post in the body of the email
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
