I have the ninjatrader folder on a NAS that allows me to open the application from different computers. I have a problem with the charts depending on the inches of the monitor, placing them in different places.
Can this be solved?

Probably not.

For many many years, the 'NinjaTrader 8' user folder
has always been expected (even required) to be
resident on locally attached disk storage in a very
specific location at 'C:\Users\<you>\Documents'.

Having this present on a NAS device is (I presume)
opening you up to all kinds of potential problems
that have never been tested before -- and therefore
you will probably find that environment is considered
'not supported' by the NT Support folks.

The solution is to save a workspace for each of your different computers
