    Ninjatrader logged in, account not displayed

    I am logged into Rithmic, getting data, able to manage positions on the chart, but it's not showing on the control panel. Any suggestions on what would cause this?

    Hello Conceptzx​,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    In order for rithmic evaluation accounts to appear correctly in the latest version of NT8, you will first need to import your license key into your user.

    For the steps on how to do this, please follow this link:

    How to migrate your license key

    Once your License is imported into your NinjaTrader Client Portal, you will need to restart the NT8 Desktop application and log in again (same credentials as your Portal).

    Once the platform is open, go to Help -> About to further confirm the "Evaluation" entitlement was added.

    Then try to connect to your Rithmic account.

      I flagged my post for removal. It took another couple minutes and it finally loaded the account on the list of accounts. I'm guessing the data was taking way longer than usual to load.
