Did anyone else experience a "Your session is about to close." on 1/4/2024 at 4 PM?

I am not entirely sure why this happened yesterday. Was there a CQG maintenance on a Thursday? I am using Ninjatrader as my broker.

I also experienced it at the same time. I reconnected to CQG and it seems OK since. Not sure why this happens.

I also used NT Broker but did not have this issue. However, I received an alert from another CQG broker that there was a system error with the CQG data feed and a patch at CQG was being installed at the CQG data center.

Maybe NT Continuum did not have the same issues but the CQG patch may have affected all data services.

An update on this issue from NT would be helpful for confidence in taking trades today.

I believe this issue may have been specific to AMP.

CQG was conducting maintenance yesterday that began at 4:30 PM CST. Due to this maintenance, your account was disconnected. Your ability to connect should have be restored before 5 PM CST when the market reopened.

All CQG connections should be up and running as they were at this time.
