Client portal trouble?=

I'm getting kicked out of my client portal after logging in. It says i've exceeded my maximum number of sessions?!?
This happened after i signed up with tradovate...

Please ensure that you are not logged in elsewhere as you are limited to 2 concurrent connections at a time.

Please note that connecting within NInjaTrader Desktop and logging into the web platform counts as a connection each.

This never happened before...at least that i've noticed. I logged into my phone & it kicks me off the portal on my cpu?!?
If i'm only "allowed" 2 connections...how do i purchase another. I have a complex setup to avoid ninjatrader's random system freezes & glitching.
This connection limit includes tradovate accounts since the tow are connected no?

Hello MECCAHERTZ,

Unfortunately, it would not be possible to increase this limit.

This limit includes any time your Client Dashboard username is used to log in.
