    TPO rejected upon order entry.

    I routinely place my orders with an ATM strategy using "server-side ATMs". When the market runs and the NinjaTrader AI increases the margin cost if my entry point is reached my orders enter but my TPO is rejected leaving me with only the stop loss in place. Please explain why this is happening and what I must do to ensure my ATM strategies are not rejected.

    Hello Vajra1,

    Can you please send me an email from within NinjaTrader Desktop as per the instructions below so I can investigate the issue.
    • Go to Control Center-->Help-->Email Support
    • Set the To field to Platform Technical Support
    • Enter "Att Jason, 04191628" in the "Subject" field
    • Under 'Please enter any information that you feel will help us resolve your inquiry', please include at what day/time the issue occurred last, what instrument you traded and at what price you got into the position.
    • Make sure "Log and trace files" is enabled
    • Click Send
