Image of the second or third panel stretches for brief seconds.

Good afternoon. This topic is to inform you that when I use time frames that are not based on minutes (e.g. range bar) the second or third panel where I use other indicators such as VOL, the image of these panels when it updates is stretched for a few seconds. I have a Lifetime license, I use a gaming pc and I know people who have the same problem.

Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of your question and follow the steps below to attach your log and trace files to your email.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
