Risk Profile resetting away from none on Ninja shut down

Out of nowhere, my account risk profile shifted from <None> to view which is nothing selected, which stopped my trades from going through.

I manually changed it to <None> and receive a pop up message saying it needs to restart to take effect.

When I restart, it goes back to view, and <None> is not selected and the trades cannot go through. I have gone through this at least 5 times and the <None> is not taking and is resetting on Ninja restart or shut down.

Anything I can do?

Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of your inquiry and follow the steps below to attach your Log and Trace files to your email.

Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
