1 of 3 accounts is missing on the NT8 platform

    1 of 3 accounts is missing on the NT8 platform

    As the title suggests I have 3 accounts. One of which is not displaying on the NT8 platform. It is my personally funded account. I have never traded with this account and it is below application margin requirements. Could the fact that the account is under funded play a part in why the account is not showing on the desktop application?

    I have become interested in trying to trade with this personal account in the future as drawdown limits can be applied from the ninja portal. Compared to APEX account, where I can not govern the max daily drawdown so easily.

    Thank you for your post.

    To connect to your live account with NinjaTrader Brokerage, you would need to create a new connection in the NinjaTrader Desktop, using your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard username and following this connection guide, making sure to select "Live" in a field next to "Account type".

    If you have further questions, please email us from the NinjaTrader platform (Help-> Email Support), so we can receive your recent log and trace files as well.
