Loading Partial Live Data Only.

In settings It shows that 3 days are suppose to load, I opened the chart and only 14 hours have loaded of live data. I have tried restarting, I tried updating to no avail.
Hope I can get some help.

Hello!

The days to load is based on the number of days you specify. It does not skip non trading days for the particular instruments you use, this is expected. You could also run into fewer data when there is a Holiday or a partial holiday. Does the same occur if you increase the days to load to 5? How about If you right-click the chart, go to Data Series, and set trading Hours to 'Default 24/7', does the chart display stay the same?

If I change to 5 minutes, then it loads full data all the way to 12/21/23.
Setting to default 24/7 does not load more data to tick chart, it is still limited to 14 hours only.
