Hello, how to reset a sim account in lates version? It says 'must be disconnected' but when disconnected it does not show a sim account. Thank you

Thanks for your post.
To clarify, are you referring to a Demo account or the Sim101 account that comes default with NinjaTrader?
In NinjaTrader 8.1.2.1 you could reset a Sim101 account by making sure the 'Multi-provider' option is checked (enabled) in the Tools > Options > General tab, right-click on the Sim101 account in the Accounts tab of the Control Center, select 'Edit account', and select 'reset'.

If you are trying to change the balance of a Demo account, this would need to be done from the NinjaTrader Client Dashboard.
