Control Center Freezes Upon Start Up

NinjaTrader control center freezes upon immediate start up. I only have one workspace open, easy open, and my database size is 102mb. I have restarted my computer several times and the only way to exit is to use task manager. My system in an intel I9-13900 with 32GB ram.

Please follow the steps below to email us your log and trace files.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
