    Ninjatrader Continuum Data

    I just signed up for live data. Followed instructions to connect Ninjatrader Continuum but will not connect. Please give me the correct instructions.
    I am using 8.0.28 64 bit. I have a lifetime lilcense. Thanks.

    Thank you very much for reaching out.

    Since you are on 8.0 and using NT Continuum for your account data connection, you will need a distinct username and password to connect (unrelated to your NinjaTrader Client Portal​ login)

    You may follow this NinjaTrader Continuum Connection Guide to successfully connect to your live NinjaTrader Brokerage account. A couple of things to keep aware of while creating this connection from the Connections > configure window:
    • Ensure that Demo is NOT checked/enabled
    • Ensure there are no spaces before or after your username/password
    • Ensure that you have NinjaTrader Continuum selected from the list of 'Available Connections'. 'Continuum' or 'NinjaTrader' alone will not allow you to connect using your CQG credentials.
    If you need to verify your platform username or reset your password, you may do so from your NinjaTrader Account Dashboard in the Settings > Profile page.

      Thanks for the prompt reply. I did follow those instructions. But how do I get a new user ID and password? I used my the Client Portal login information but I presume that was wrong.
      Where do I get the new login information? Thanks.

        In the email please indicate that you require your credentials for NinjaTrader Continuum and provide your account number.
