This error is getting into my nerve... need help fixing this

this pops up everytime im using a shortcut key to draw an object into my chart.

i cant even send that email... im having error as well

Thank you very much for your reply.

If sending this fails, please follow the manual steps below instead:

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email: support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
