Apex trade copier

Hello,
My issue this morning was that i wanted to trade with copier and have all my account selected. Then i took a trade and figured that only half of my account got filled and the other has the red cross on the copier. I then exited the trade and wanted to re select all the account, but it was deselecting my account again itself. I did reselect my account and it was deselecting again itself so i could not trade with all my account and i have less than 20 account so it should work.
Any suggestion or help /

The Apex trade copier is a third-party product
and is not supported by NinjaTrader.

job of NT Support to know or care about this
product -- if you need support, you need to
ask the original developers, not NT Support.
As far as 'working properly' within NT8, that's
up to you and the original developers to
decide upon -- not NT Support.]

Are you not able to get support from the
manufacturer? That's your best bet ...
