No real time

Hello,

The chart (of any instrument) doesnt working. Its not receveing any data the chart is stopped. I can see the message "Bartimer waiting for realtime data before starting".

I have just installed the last version of Ninja Trader (version 8.1.2.1), and I restarted the computer but the problem remains.

Hello,

I would note the Dec23 contracts expired Friday, so please be sure you are using the Mar24 contract for equity futures to load data. Also, be sure your account is subscribed to live data, which you can do via the instructions in the link below if needed:

I think it was just the expiring date. Thanks, its solved!
