Trade performance summary data time lag

    NT version : 8.1.2.0

    OS : Windows 10

NT and OS time zone : UTC+1 (Paris)

Hello here is my problem :

I need in trade performance to export day by day "Summary" report.

But, for example, when I try to generate the summary report for a range date (here 2/10/2023 to 25/10/2023) everything works well and data are coherent, but when I try to get the "Total net profit" in this date range by the sum of "Total net profit" of the summary of each day ("Total net profit" of 2/10/2023 + "Total net profit" of 3/10/2023...) I get something totaly incoherent and false.

In Summary when I try to generate the report for 2/10/2023 I get the "Total net profit" of the report of 3/10/2023.

If I try to generate the report of 1/10/2023 (which should not exist because it's a sunday) I get the "Total net Profit" of 2/10/2023.

But I don't understand daily sumarries after 2/10/2023 because "Total net profit" does not make sense at all.

Seems like a time lag but I am not sure at all of the real cause of this bug.

I previously opened other topics about other bugs in Trade Performance but they were solved in 8.1.2.0 version released on 25/10/2023, but this time it seems like another bug.

Can I get some help to solve this problem ?

    Thank you in advance.

    Update :

After checking again it seems like it's the same problem that in my previous topic (Trade Performance one day in excess when setting range of date):

Hello, My NT version is 8.1.1.7 Here is my problem : When I want to display a single day on Trade Performance, I will set both the start and end date to the same day (for example, 02/10/2023). However, I notice that in Analysis, Executions, and Trades, it displays data for the current date and the next day (that is here on

But this time the problem is solved in Trade Performance for Orders but still not resolved for Analysis, Execution, Trades and also Summary.

      Hello,

I believe this is due to how sessions are structured. Please note that on Sunday's the market is open, so running a report for Oct 1 would include all trades made from 6pm Oct 1 until 4pm Oct 2, EST.

This will also vary on what version of NinjaTrader you are using and how you are connected. What connection do you connect with and what version of NinjaTrader are you using?

        Hello RyanS,

Thank you for your answer (and sorry for the late of my answer).

It's not due to how sessions are structured for the following reason :

as I said previously if I select 1/10/2023-1/10/2023 range date I will get the Summary of 01-10/2023 and 02/10/2023 (so the following day so it's not correct) (here note that I only get the Summary of 02/10/2023 because I didn't trade on 01/10/2023 otherwise it would combine the resultats of 01/10/2023 and 02/10/2023) BUT Orders tab in Trade Performance is EMPTY (but if that was how sessions are structured it should show me Orders made on 02/10/2023 but that's not the case, nevertheless this is the correct behavior because Orders tab only show the orders relative to the date range).

So there is a problem for Analysis, Execution, Trades and Summary tabs in Trade Performance.

I use my live connection (real trading account) and I use NT version 8.1.2.0 (released on October 25, 2023).

Unless there is a logical reason why the behavior is not the same between Orders tab and the other tabs of Trade Performance (and I don't think that's the case), there is clearly a problem here.

So I need a correction for Analysis, Execution, Trades and Summary tabs on Trade Performance that strictly respects date range which is the behavior of Orders.

            Hello,

I will attempt to reproduce this on my end. For clarification, does this only occur on sessions beginning on Sunday or all days?
