Random Blank Charts

Hello,

I keep getting a random chart that loads blank and is see though while other charts load up fine. I don't get what is causing this. It doesn't happen all the time and it can be any one of my charts that load up. It also forgets what chart it is and the Tab no longer has the original name of the chart I had, it just says Chart.

Most commonly, this error is caused by a malfunctioning script.

To track down exactly what is causing this, I would like to take a look at your log & trace files, could you forward them to me?

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support

All loaded correctly today, and I don't rememnber what day that happened, but as soon as it happens again I'll make sure to send you the log and trace.
