Ninjatrader is no longer opening on my computer at all

Hi.
Today I was working on an optimization in Strategy Analyzer.
Suddenly Ninjatrader crashed, as it often does. So I had to quit Ninjatrader from the Windows Task Manager.
Then I restarted the desktop, however, this time Ninjatrader no longer opened.
I tried using the repair option, downloaded the latest version again, reinstalled the application, but Ninjatrader wouldn't open at all.
I do not know what else to do.
The shortcut to open Ninjatrader has disappeared.
Does anyone know what can solve this problem?

Not sure about your "shortcut to open Ninjatrader has disappeared." But when I have issues many time I reopen in Safe Mode. Then exit and restart normally without issue. May just be food for thought next time.

Here is the link to the exe file that your shortcut should be targeted to

:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 8\bin\NinjaTrader.exe"

To address this crashing behavior, I'd like to review your log and trace files. Could you please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support? Please ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked to include these files, which will be checked by default.
