I suggest clearing the cache in order to see if this resolves this item. To delete the cache, follow the steps below.- Shut down NinjaTrader
- Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder
- Delete the sub-folders named cache, day, minute, and tick
- Restart NinjaTrader, connect to data, and test
These steps will cause NinjaTrader to pull fresh data from your data provider's servers rather than use the data that was previously stored in those folders to load the chart. For more information on how historical data works in the platform:

If this does not resolve your inquiry, please answer all the following questions:- What version of NinjaTrader 8 are you using? Please provide the entire version number. This can be found under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.?.?)
- Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green in the lower-left corner of the Control Center window.
- Do you receive an error on the screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
- What instrument are you viewing?
