Market Replay not Working

Hello,

I am trying to do market replay with historical data.

I connect to "Playback Connection".

I make sure I have the data downloaded for the days I am going to replay.

I select continue.

I press "play" on the playback popout menu. The time on the top right of the playback menu is moving but my chart does not move.

It was working just fine a few days ago on the same period I am trying to replay. But now the chart does not move.

StrongLikeBull did you download previous contract data and are trying to run it on the new contract. For instance, chart is up for ES 3-24 but you had data for 12-23? If that's not it, I would recommend hitting reload historical after a right click once you have your strategy on the chart.

If the instrument expiration does not resolve this, please also ensure you selected the "Historical", rather than "Market Replay" checkbox, if you have downloaded historical data.

If this still does not resolve the issue, please send me your log & trace files so I can look into any reported errors or issues.

You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support
