NT8 v.8.1.2.1 Trade Performance shows wrong commissions

Dear support,

As the title says, the commissions shown in the Control Center -> New -> Trade Performance -> Trades doesn´t report correct commissions.

Account type is FREE and I´m using the NinjaTrader connection, as it comes when you make fresh install of the NT8.
Instrument in this case is the MNQ MAR24 that has 0,87 usd one way commission (= 1,74 per Trade) with FREE account.

I´been fighting with this issue now for two weeks already. I have searched and tried every single "fix" you have provided in here, but nothing really fixes the problem.
For instance:
- I have tried several different versions of the NT8 SW, not fixing the issue.
- I have edited the existing/default commission templates, not fixing the issue.
- I have made custom commission template, not fixing the issue.
- I have tried the NinjaTrader Continuum connection, not fixing the issue.
- Doesn´t matter what I have tried, the Trade Performance still shows everything else than the correct commissions.
- Doesn´t matter if I´m using Live or Simulation account.

Many of the posts where this same issue is discussed ends into the answer "please send us email....plaplaplaa" Is it really so that each and every of us who has this same issue has to separately email you about it? Couldn´t you just post the actual fix directly in here?

Btw. the commissions are absolutely perfecto! when you look it from the Control Center. For example:
Control Center -> Executions -> Commission column shows 0,87 per order -> CORRECT!!
Control Center -> Accounts -> Total commissions column shows 6,96 for eight orders (4 trades) -> CORRECT!!

The attached screenshot shows the commission 0,70 that is the commissions for one MNQ trade according to your latest Price List (for FREE account type), but it is not the total commissions (0,87) (or "ALL IN RATES" in the price list) for an order that I have manually set into the commission template.

And one more thing,
As you can see from the picture, neither works the "strategy" , "entry name" and "exit name" <- I remember that these has been also reported to already via this forum.

Thank you for the message.

At this time, the Trade Performance window will only show the Commissions. It will NOT show the NFA, Exchange, and Order Routing fees.

To view that information, you could use the Reports Section of the Dashboard or look at the official Daily Statements for your account:

• How to access your Account Reports
• How to Access Your Daily and Monthly Account Statements

Our Development team is already aware of the desire to add those values back in and is investigating it for a future release of the platform.

Hi Clayton,
Thank you for your prompt answer.

The Reports section accessed via the online Dashboard, as well the Account Reports section via the web.ninjatrader.com are both having the same "issue" which is:
neither of them is showing the data that the desktop application Trade Performance -> Trades -report is supposed to show.

Despite I would download all the seven report types with the fancy pie charts and other non relevant details, I still wont get the data I´m looking for =
the columns shown in the attached picture in the initial post =
|Trade number|Instrument|Account|Strategy|Market pos.|Qty|Entry name|Exit name|Entry price|Exit price|Profit|Commission|Entry time|Exit time|
,where the ones that doesn´t work are marked with red.

I´m sure that you got my point already from the first post, so please add my vote for fixing the Ninjatrader desktop app Trade Performance -> Trades -report.
