    Installation Problems

    Hi, I am on Windows 11 and can't finalize the installation procedure for the desktop app.
    I have tried different versions of NT8 (exept for V7), but still the same error message.
    I have rebooted the machine already. I have tried to install it in a different folder (programs vs. programs (x86)).

    No idea what is wrong.

    Any help is welcome!

    In the meantime, I installed NT7 (in order to maybe update from there to NT8), but I can't even login. No matter what kind of connection I choose, I get the same error message "Failed to connect: invalid user or password). I double checked that, I can login fine into my account on ninjatrader.com

      The most common reason for this to occur is if a Windows Update is currently in the progress of being installed or is pending. Especially if this update involves the .NET Framework it can keep the NinjaTrader installation from failing.

      To resolve this, please ensure Windows Update does not currently install any updates, then restart your PC before re-attempting the update.

      Should this still not work, please don't hesitate to let us know!​

        I double checked the update status. No updates so far. And .NET is still installed.

            Plus the screenshot for the folder Microsoft.NET.Core.App

            Is there anything else I can do? Install .NET again?

              Installed .NET Version 8 SDK, rebooted. Still the same problem. Shortly before finish the installation it goes into "roll back mode". It is getting over here in Europe. Maybe you can think of a solution in the meantime. That would be great! Thanks in advance!
