I cannot load Barchart data from the Historical Data Manager.

Hi,

I have been having troubles downloading Barchart data from the Historical Data manager. If I try to load AAPL data, even if it is for a short time, the historical data manager gets stuck. I also tried to execute a strategy for the same stock that loads the same amount of data. From a strategy it loads correctly and the loaded data appears on the historical data manager.

I tried to restart NT but the result is the same.

Please take a screenshot of what the Historical Data Manager looks like and include that in your direct message to us:

• To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
