Chart window glitches on program startup

Hello NT community.

Using NT8 8.1.2.1

Attached shows my chart window boxed in red empty on start up. This chart window typically has 6 volumetric charts loaded on different tabs. My desktop can be seen as if the chart screen is transparent. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or not. This occurred once before I upgraded to the new NT8 version but it just happened to me again today with the new version. When this happens I have to recreate the charts again which is quite inconvenient. Any idea why this is happening?

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), so we may investigate this matter further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

I followed the uninstall and reinstalled method that was instructed for me from your email. The issue persisted and my chart still showed up transparent. I manually added back all of my charts that were lost and if the glitch happens again I will update it on this conversation.
