When I do playback why does it say BarTimer waiting for realtime data before starting

I honestly have no idea what to do to make it work I've only made it work twice somehow but after that I can't make it work again and I've tried doing everything the other playback posts have recommended, but nothing has worked so far.

Thank you for posting.

This message indicates you are not currently receiving Bid/Ask data for the instrument you have selected and date/time you are replaying.

To check what replay data you have available on your system right click in the playback controller when connection and select "Available Data".

If you do not have data available for the instrument and date you are attempting to replay we do store replay data for most common Futures and Forex instruments on our servers for download.

To download replay data:

• Select the Tools menu in the Control Center, select the menu item Historical Data and here the section "Get Market Replay data" can be expanded.
• Select the instrument and date of the desired replay data and press the OK button to begin the download.
• Once you have downloaded all required replay data restart NinjaTrader
