Regarding saving of BID and ASK Data HISTORICAL

Hi Sir,I use Interactive broker on NT8 Platform.I use orderflow.I want the data of the orderflow to be saved ON NT8.My issue is when market is open there is no issue data is loading .And after market closes and again I click on the same instrument new chart then at that time data is not displayed.I have enabled all the options to save the live historical data but still it is not saved. Please see the attachments.

    Hello neetala,

    Thank you for your post.

To quickly test does this occur with a basic chart without any custom add-ons or Tick Replay(if enabled)?

        Hello neetala,

        Thank you for your post.

I would ensure you have the option 'Record live data as historical' checked within your option setting under the Control Center > Tools > Options > Market Data'.

This will ensure your platform is saving the incoming tick data as historical data as Interactive Brokers does not supply historical tick data and this data will populate on any new charts created.

            Hello neetala,

            Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually send your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.

Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder

Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to support [AT] ninjatrader [DOT] com
            • Please include 'ATTN Spencer' in the Subject line and a link to this forum post in the body of the email
Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Thanks in advance; I look forward to resolving this item.
