I own a legacy lifetime subscription to your Ninja app but can’t access any data.
Also, once I log in, I am immediately directed to a screen that says “Start your 14 day free trial with live market data“.. but I only want trial demo for my desktop ninjatrader app
I have also asked your chatbox at the bottom right of the screen "how do I register for a demo account?" and it tells me
"If you do not have a NinjaTrader Brokerage account, you'll need to register for a NinjaTrader username and password to login to the new NinjaTrader Desktop platform.
To register, click the link below and fill out the appropriate information to obtain your username and password and then provides me with a link that goes directly to "www.account.ninjatrader.com." "
but the screen says "server not found".
I'm obviously doing something wrong.
I have emailed your '[email protected]' 30 hours ago but have received no reply to my email account, and I have check my spam folders. All other ninja emails have come through ok.
I also emailed you via the ninjatrader contact page this morning (NZ time) maybe 12 hours ago and still no response. What is your response time please?
Some guidance to get me started would be fantastic thanks :-)
