<instrument> is not enabled for level 1 quotes

I tried the instrument reset through tools -> DB management -> update instrument but still receiving this error. My specific case is YM (dow futures). Other futures like ES, NQ, RTY work fine. This is first time I've added YM to a chart. Suggestions?
