Accounts shown on Chart Trader in dropdown are not shown in Accounts tab?

    Accounts shown on Chart Trader in dropdown are not shown in Accounts tab?

    Hello,

    As stated I have three sim accounts I have created that are shown as options in the chart trader. The only sim account that is shown in the accounts tab is the main 101 account and I cannot figure out why. I have tried enabling and disabling global sim mode. If I disconnect from my sim account it also dissapears from the accounts tab. This makes it impossible to reset as you cannot reset it while it is connected.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    This may be due to Multi-Provider mode being disabled or enabled, but the platform has not yet been restarted.

    Once the platform is open, go to "Tools" -> Options -> and make sure that the "Multi Providers" option is enabled.

    Also make sure to go to Tools, and uncheck "global simulation mode" if it is checked.​

    The restart the platform and connect, all local sim accounts should appear connected.


    If this does not resolve the issue:

    Please send in your log and trace files so that we may look into what may be occurring.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

    Make sure to categorize your request at the top.

    Ensure 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

    If you could also provide a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would be appreciated.

      Hi,

      Thank you for the quick reply. I was not able to get the accounts to show up using any combination of GSM and MPS restarting in between changes. I will contact support via email as described. Thank you again!
