Error installing AddOn

I am getting this Error when installing/importing an AddOn. (See image below.) Seems I may have duplicate Third-Party indicators in my Indicators folder.
The vendor recommends deleting the duplicate indicator methods. I don't want to delete those indicators. I want to have both. Please advise how to achieve so the multiple indicators can be in the same NinjaTrader Platform. I paid a lot of money for them. Thank you.

Could you send us your log & trace files? We could then take a closer look at the reported errors.
